Shenanigans.........

Although it was the last event of the year, session 2015-16, however, it was nevertheless to mellow our enthusiastic level as the Class again geared up for the final yet spectacular amalgamation of creativity with a MIME on the essence of values and weaving of the show into the one fabric where we not only gave away trophies rather brought more laurels home with an accolade of our participation in various activities conducted by several Clubs/Squads across the year. A colourful glimpse into the gala event........







LAurels.........

The annual science exhibition saw an amalgamation of dynamism and scientific intellect, wherein, the class brought about the zeal to put their stupendous endeavours. This culminated with the Group 2, comprising of the team of Anamika Ghai, Deveshi Gupta, Aanchal Gupta, Kavya Chaudhary, Nandini Kansal and Ankita Sharma exploring the dynamic facet of science, especially light, in our daily lives and involving usage of staple ingredients; which brought the prestigous Second Prize in the High School Category.
  

Scintillating Annual Day Celebrations

This year the Annual Day marked the essence of light in lives of the human populace with the yardstick set by UNESCO as the Year of Light. The energy and enthusiasm of our Class was never seen before as the theme not only challenged our scientific tempo rather brought our creativity to its zenith. The most significant part of these celebrations was that the entire batch contributed their share with devout fervour and teamwork bringing out a blend of science and flamboyance through the dimensions of splendour. This was further taken ahead by the students by participating in the annual day cultural event through Shadow Dance. Fun, fervour and fRiEnDS......

A trip of Karpur Vatika, Mullahpur Village on 27/11/15 saw us again touch the notes of 3F......fRiEnds......fUN......FErvoUr......where we hooped on to a peregrination a day long field trip with the insight to enjoy and explore plethora of  flora species, thus, making learning stress free and yet exploratory. As take away we had sweet memorabilia and an in depth knowledge of the various entities of daily life deriving their source from the members of the plant kingdom.

 


Jamboree

The creativity that we are gifted is an amalgamation of  the devout vision  and fun that our batch shared in  the activities conducted through various events in the School. This not only dispelled an opportunity to take out some time of leisure from hectic schedule of our life but also strengthened our bonds with the peers as we all worked in swim and sink together mode! A peep.......

 






Hindi Day Celebrations......


The fact the We are the Hindi Section fills us with immense joy and excitement as not only we are one of a kind in the school but also this year we got yet another opportunity to showcase our talent through scholastic and co-scholastic medium in the Hindi Day celebrations slated for 29/10/2015. Oh! What an experience and relief it brought as immediately after the jolt of exams followed by their repercussions i.e. results the fact that we were back to School was kick started in the mood and flavour of the Hindi Day bang!


 



Walkathon.........


On 11/10/2015, the school token an initiative to spread awareness about the rights and importance of education of girls in our society through a Walkathon in the wee hours of the city on Sunday. It also laid the fact that it is is an imperative to protect and safeguard the the gentler gender as they are the linchpin of  life and sustainability. This activity was extensively fun-filled as it also marked the importance of fitness in our mechanical lives as we flagged off from the school to the Sukhna lake and back . A glimpse of fun & enthusiasm.......
 
 

Class Assembly
The assembly was a special occasion with sheer enthusiasm, fervour, creativity and devout team work, also the content provided to us was an institution in itself i.e. Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam, which pushed the students to work through various horizons and dimensions to bring out each day a special feature of the late President's illustrious personality. The Class Assembly also weaved in an emotion of nostalgia as it just a week prior when the nation was beginning the country wide celebration to commemorate the Independence Day and a week later to mark the great loss of the son of the nation. However, the students did leave any stone unturned by setting a benchmark.

Carmel Treasure's Retreat
The Value System of Carmel Convent is an essence of the seasoned institution, which embarks the development of Life Skills in its students. Such a peregrination began when the Class was acquainted with the qualities of critical thinking, decision-making and conflict resolutions. It was an intense three day interaction with a thorough prayer service as Prayers are the foundations of Carmel Life. The team of teachers which introduced this concept Retreat at this particular stage as adolescent is the most vulnerable stage of life where one is standing at the crossroads of life driven by dynamism.
